1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Withdrawals

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your s9game account via the account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting s9game support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which s9game operates.
